We aim to get your CM40UK order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Below you’ll find information about our delivery charges, dispatch times, personalised orders, international delivery and collection.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £6.95 per order.

FREE UK DELIVERY when you spend £50 or more – we’ll refund your £6.95 delivery charge after your order is placed.

We use a range of trusted delivery providers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Yodel.

The carrier used for your order will depend on factors such as the size, weight, value and destination of your parcel. This allows us to select the most appropriate delivery service for each order.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

How Quickly Will My Order Be Dispatched?

For products that are already in stock, we normally aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days.

Please remember that dispatch time is the time it takes us to prepare and send your order and is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery times will depend on the carrier and service used for your order.

Most UK orders should arrive within a few working days following dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside CM40UK’s control.

Once your order has been dispatched, please use the tracking information provided to follow its progress where available.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

Personalised and made-to-order products take a little longer because they’re created especially for you.

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for personalised products to be created and dispatched unless a different timescale is shown on the individual product page.

If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know whether we’re able to accommodate it.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

Delivery to some UK locations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take longer or require alternative delivery arrangements.

If additional arrangements are required for your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available depending on the product and destination.

Because international postage costs vary considerably according to destination, size and weight, please contact CM40UK before ordering for a delivery quotation.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties or local taxes.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

If you would prefer to collect your order, please contact CM40UK before ordering or as soon as possible afterwards so that we can arrange a suitable collection time.

Please do not arrive to collect an order without an agreed appointment.

Where Is My Order?

If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived when expected, please check your tracking information first.
