How Long Do Personalised Gifts Take?
Because personalised and made-to-order products are created especially for you, they take a little longer to prepare than products we already have in stock.
Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for personalised products to be created and dispatched, unless a different timescale is shown on the individual product page.
If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We’ll let you know whether we can accommodate your timescale.

We will create your item using the information you provide, so spelling and other details need to be correct when you place your order.
Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please check all personalisation carefully before placing your order.
Products are created using the information you provide, so we may not be able to correct mistakes once production has started.
